My development as an artist has taken many turns. I was prolific at times, but I was working without much purpose. Then at age 40 I began a serious quest to find my "artistic voice."

Now, I owe many thanks to many teachers, friends, and guides, for it is only with their help that I have arrived at a place where I can join in with others and have my voice heard.

My work is inspired by the modern and post modern art movements. Working in abstract expressionism, I interpret the world through details of color, line, and texture. My mission is to paint with inspiration using a variety of experimental approaches to express my creativity and my true artistic voice.
